About Kristina
Hi there! My name is Kristina and I am one of the Nourish dietitians! Along with nutrition counseling here at Nourish, I work clinically in a hospital setting allowing me to experience a wide range of nutrition needs and bring real-world clinical insight into my counseling work. I am passionate about using nutrition as a tool to help manage and prevent chronic diseases. Together we can tailor nutrition recommendations to fit you and your lifestyle, making them feel do-able!
Approach to care
My approach to nutrition counseling is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based care. I believe that nutrition is not one-size-fits-all, and that lasting change happens when recommendations fit realistically into a person’s life, culture, values, and circumstances. My goal is to make sure that each of my clients feel capable, and confident both in and outside of our counseling sessions.
Your first session with Kristina
In my initial sessions, I like to focus on getting to know you better! We will discuss your health history, daily routines, food preferences, and what is most important to you right now regarding nutrition. With this information, we will set a few goals to get your started and work collaboratively to work towards these goals.
