About Kristina

Hey, I'm Kristina! I’m a registered dietitian with a strong academic and clinical foundation, holding two degrees in nutrition, along with a board certification in nutrition support (CNSC). I’ve also completed training in obesity management for both adult and pediatric populations, which allows me to provide evidence-based, compassionate care across all stages of life. I’ve worked delivering medical nutrition therapy for a wide range of conditions including, but not limited to, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, gastrointestinal disorders, and cancer. I also specialize in providing tailored care for individuals requiring enteral (tube feeding) and/or parenteral nutrition. My clinical experience has given me a great understanding of the complex role nutrition plays in both preventing and managing chronic illness.

Approach to care

I understand that food is personal, and often much more than just fuel needed to get through the day. Food is embedded in our culture, our social lives, our traditions, and our emotions. What we eat is influenced not only by hunger, but also by habits, history, and how we feel in our bodies. That's why I strongly believe in a customized approach to nutrition. I focus on creating an individualized plan that honors your lifestyle, preferences, and any health conditions or goals you may have. Together we can find what works best for you, so you can feel supported every step of the way!

Your first session with Kristina

My approach is personalized, practical, and non-judgmental. In order to provide the best guidance and care, I believe it’s essential to truly get to know my clients. This means not just your health history, but your daily routines, challenges, goals, and relationship with food. Nutrition is deeply individual, and understanding your story helps me tailor recommendations that actually work for you. During our first session, we’ll take the time to explore more than just what’s on your plate. I want to understand your lifestyle, medical background, eating habits, stress levels, sleep patterns, and any emotional or cultural influences that may impact how you approach food. This conversation allows us to create a strong foundation for a realistic, sustainable plan that fits seamlessly into your life.
