About Kristina
Hi, I'm Kristina! I have been a practicing dietitian for almost 3 years, providing individualized nutrition care for a wide variety of different disease states and health concerns. I have also provided care for large range of ages from 4 weeks to 100 years old. I am passionate about helping people feel their best through food. Nutrition isn't about restriction or perfection, it's about finding balance and building habits that support your health and goals.
Approach to care
I believe nutrition should be (1) Practical: Small, realistic changes add up to big results over time. (2) Supportive: I will meet you where you're at, without judgement, and help guide to towards progress that feels doable. (3) Fun: Food is meant to be nourishing and enjoyable.
Your first session with Kristina
Your first visit is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss your health history, daily routines, eating habits, and goals. By the end of the session, you'll leave with a better understanding on how nutrition relates to your health concerns, manageable recommendations, and a plan for follow-up support, if desired.
Education
I completed my Bachelor of Science at Brooklyn College along with a 48-week dietetic internship completed at New York-Presbyterian.
Hobbies
My hobbies include farmers market on Sundays, weekend getaways and international travel, cute coffee shops, and watching Studio Ghibli movies
