About Kristine
Hi, I'm Krissi, a Registered Dietitian. I earned my MBA at Dominican University while completing my dietetic internship. My professional journey spans clinical hospital settings, community health, and outpatient practices, and I strive to provide a practical, evidence-based perspective on nutrition education. In my free time, I enjoy working out, trying new recipes, and spending time at coffee shops. I’m based in Chicago, excited to help you build a healthier relationship with food that works for YOU!
Approach to care
As your collaborator, I ground care in current science while staying deeply compassionate. I’ll share clear, actionable steps and stay with you as you try them, adjusting as needed. I practice with a weight-neutral lens, focusing on developing sustainable habits rather than adhering to dieting dogma. Education matters to me, so you’ll leave each session with practical knowledge you can apply right away. I prioritize long-lasting relationships with my patients so they can develop long-lasting changes.
Your first session with Kristine
Our first appointment is a welcoming conversation about you. We’ll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics, then dive into your relationship with food and what you hope to change. I want to understand your daily routines, concerns, and goals so we can tailor a plan that fits your life. No pressure or judgment here — you don’t need to have it all figured out. We’ll set 1–2 realistic goals and outline the next steps we’ll tackle together.
