About Kristy
Hi! My name is Kristy. I have been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist since 2011, with years of experience in outpatient counseling, corporate wellness, weight management, and bariatrics. During my college studies, I attended a student-athlete session on sports nutrition presented by the Registered Dietitian for the Pittsburgh Steelersāand that was my lightbulb moment. I knew then that I wanted to become an RD. Iāve always had a love for sports (I ran track and swam competitively in college) as well as nutrition, and I couldnāt wait to learn more and help others on their health and wellness journey. I truly believe that investing in your health is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself, and Iām excited to be a part of your journey. When Iām not working, youāll find me taxiing my three kids to school and sporting events, spending time with my husband, reading, running, or experimenting with a new sourdough recipe.

I believe in a patient-centered approach, and I will be your guide every step of the way. Nutrition is not one-size-fits-all, and together we will create a plan that works best for you. Weāll focus on setting small, achievable goals that lead to lasting changeāprioritizing consistency over perfection.

Iāll ask questions to better understand your day-to-day life and identify where we can start small to create meaningful, long-term change. Before our next session, youāll choose 1ā3 goals to work onāthe ball will be in your court. Your goals are my goals, and Iām here to support you every step of the way.
