About Kritikaa

Kritikaa is a plant-based Dietitian with 9 yrs of experience in the nutrition field. Her past experience includes: teaching nutrition at community college; managing patients in the hospital with complex medical conditions; leading nutrition seminars at Gold's Gym. She enjoys making YouTube videos to help debunk common myths and misinformation: www.youtube.com/uncommonrd. Kritikaa specializes in vegan/vegetarian nutrition, but can still help anyone who likes to include meat and dairy in their diets. She can also create tailored, personalized nutrition plans for those with: PCOS, IBS, GERD, pre-diabetes, fatty liver disease, high cholesterol, and insulin resistance.

An educator at heart, Kritikaa aims to show you the "why" behind her recommendations, to help you build sustainable habits long-term. She will give you tangible action items to work on so you can make progress towards your goals. She would love to discuss any piece of nutrition information you may have heard on social media, and help give clarity on the most accurate, credible information! She would love to see your kitchen to come up with meal ideas together! She can also work with you in session #2 or beyond to create a customized meal plan (meal plans provided only after the initial session has occurred).

Your first session with Kritikaa

In your first session with Kritikaa, you'll begin with a thorough nutrition assessment. A naturally curious dietitian, Kritikaa will be interested in learning about your lifestyle, eating habits, and daily routine. That way, she can tailor the nutrition recommendations to you specifically. At the end of each session you will leave with 1-2 small actionable steps to work on. Kritikaa believes that small, attainable actions you take every day towards your goal will compound into big results!
