About Krystal

Before becoming a registered dietitian, I spent two years as a personal trainer, which sparked my interest in the connection between lifestyle and health. I earned my graduate degree in nutrition science from Framingham State University, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition. Over the past three years, I’ve worked in both hospital and private practice settings, providing practical, science-driven care as an RDN and LDN. I specialize in weight management, plant-based nutrition, and supporting heart and metabolic health. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my camera, reading, and exploring the outdoors.

Approach to care

Evidence matters, but how we use it is what changes outcomes. I blend research-backed guidance with a warm, direct coaching style so we can set clear, achievable steps and stay accountable together. Practicing through a non-biased lens, I focus on behavior change and metabolic health rather than fixating on the scale. We'll look at the whole person, including sleep, stress, and routines, and I'll teach practical skills so you can build sustainable habits that fit your life.

Your first session with Krystal

Expect a relaxed, collaborative visit where I take time to understand your medical history and how food fits into your daily life. We'll explore your relationship with food in a judgment-free way, review any lab work or biometrics you bring, and translate that information into one or two short-term, achievable goals. You don't need to have everything figured out or keep a perfect log. We'll meet you where you are and build a practical plan together.
