Hi I'm Krysten! I'm a dietitian and personal trainer with over 10 years of experience. I discovered my passion for nutrition after overcoming my own struggles with eating. Healing my relationship with my body and food inspired me to help others find balance and confidence in their own journeys. I'm committed to empowering my clients to achieve their health and wellness goals by supporting positive changes across their entire lifestyle in a sustainable manner.

Your first session with Krysten
Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll review your medical history and discuss your health/wellness goals in detail. We’ll examine your current habits, identifying what’s working well and what isn’t, as well as uncover what truly motivates you. From there, we’ll set small, sustainable goals designed to help you steadily progress toward achieving your larger, long-term objectives.
