About Krystle
Hi! My name is Krystle, and I’ve been a practicing dietitian for over a decade, with most of my experience in health coaching for a wide variety of health topics and disease concerns. I’m a mom of two little ones, so I get the challenge of balancing nutrition and health with the busyness of life! I adore the simple things in life, and that includes the basics of good food. I love how the simplicity of good nutrition can be the answer to complex questions involving our physical health and mental well-being.
Approach to care
I’m a naturally curious person and I seek to understand where someone is coming from. Challenges are unique to us all- I’m a big believer in meeting someone where they’re at. I use a collaborative approach- the more you are involved in your care and planning, the more long-lasting the changes you make will be! And I will be there to provide evidenced-based answers and guidance when needed. If you’re looking for someone to just tell you what to eat, I’m probably not the best fit for you. But if you are ready to learn, explore and experiment with nutrition and lifestyle, let’s begin!
Your first session with Krystle
I want to get to know you beyond what you eat in a day! There are many factors that influence what and why we eat, so we might explore topics such as sleep quality, exercise habits, life stage, and stress levels. With that said, I respect boundaries and will never push a conversation beyond where you want to go. You’re in the driver’s seat! My goal is at the end of our first session I will have a firm idea of where you’re starting from, where you want to go, and you can walk away with some immediate action steps to take to begin your journey.
