My journey to becoming a dietitian started long before I ever picked up a textbook. In high school, I struggled with my own weight and health, feeling unfit and battling obesity. I understand the challenges firsthand, and that personal experience fuels my commitment to empowering others to take control of their health. Through dedication, education, and the power of balanced nutrition, I transformed my own lifestyle. Now, I live each day with a focus on making mindful food choices, staying active, and embracing the principles of overall wellness. This transformation is what inspires me to guide others on their own journeys to better health—whether it’s losing weight, managing a chronic condition, or simply feeling more energized. I believe that achieving your health goals isn't about quick fixes, but about making small, lasting changes that align with your body’s needs.

As a Registered Dietitian, I believe that each person is unique, and so are their nutritional needs. I take a personalized, holistic approach to care, considering not just what you eat but also how lifestyle, emotions, and even sleep and stress can impact your overall well-being. By combining evidence-based nutrition science with an understanding of your personal goals and challenges, I create a plan that is tailored specifically to you. Together, we’ll work on sustainable changes that support your health, both physically and mentally, for the long-term.

During your first session with me as an online Registered Dietitian, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment where we’ll dive into your personal health history, goals, and any challenges you’re facing. We’ll discuss your current eating habits, lifestyle, and any medical concerns to get a clear picture of where you are and where you want to be. I’ll ask about your preferences and what works for your schedule, so we can create a plan that fits seamlessly into your life. Our conversation will be collaborative and judgment-free, ensuring that you feel comfortable every step of the way. By the end of the session, you'll walk away with practical tips and a clear roadmap to start making meaningful, sustainable changes that align with your health goals.
