About Kyle
Hi, I'm Kyle. I earned my MS in Clinical Nutrition and I’m an LDN and RDN. I have two years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, working in clinical and hospital settings (both inpatient and outpatient). I love sports, exercise, nutrition, and music, and I bring that energy into our sessions. I believe nutrition is personal, practical, and achievable, and I’m here to help you build a sustainable relationship with food that fits your life.

Your first session with Kyle
Our first appointment is a warm, collaborative conversation about you. We’ll review your medical history, labs or biometrics, and what’s working and what isn’t in your routine. There’s no need to have everything figured out yet; I’ll guide the discussion and together we’ll establish a short-term goal you can start toward right away. You can expect a nonjudgmental space where your goals are respected and a practical plan for our next steps.
