About Kyle
Hi, I’m Kyle. I’m a Registered Dietitian with CPT, MDN, and RD postnominals, and I’ve been practicing for one year. I earned my education at The Ohio State University, where I started shaping my approach to sports nutrition. My work has taken me into sports nutrition roles with collegiate and professional athletes, and I love translating science into practical plans that fit real life. When I’m not working, you’ll find me running, cooking, biking, or walking my dog. I bring curiosity, teamwork, and a genuine interest in helping you build healthier habits that last.
Approach to care
My care philosophy blends evidence with empathy and practicality. I ground every recommendation in current science, then translate it into doable actions you can actually follow. I’ll walk beside you in a supportive, nonjudgmental way and keep things direct and action oriented. I favor a holistic, weight-neutral approach that considers sleep, stress, movement, and food, focusing on lasting changes rather than quick fixes. We’ll educate ourselves together, tailor strategies to your life, and celebrate progress as you grow more confident in your choices.
Your first session with Kyle
Our first session is a conversation, not an exam. We’ll create a safe space to talk about your relationship with food, your routines, and your goals. You don’t need to have everything mapped out ahead of time; I’m here to listen and guide. Together we’ll establish short-term goals and start building a simple meal plan that fits your schedule and preferences. No pressure, just collaboration, and a plan you can actually implement this week.
