About Kylee
Kylee has been a registered dietitian for 6 years, with a whole-person approach designed to support individuals where they are at. Kylee loves to support people in all life phases including family feeding, pediatric nutrition, and those starting or restarting their journey. Kylee’s experience is in a variety of nutrition settings including 1:1 support, non-profits, collegiate teaching, and state compliance. She is here to support you from an evidence-based, kind, non-judgmental, and attentive approach. She sees you, for you! Her food philosophy is "food is love, food is joy” and she loves to say she dedicated her life to feeding people and this is one of the amazing ways she gets to do it.
Approach to care
Kylee specializes in whole person approaches to both individual and family feeding. She understands that it can be hard to know what works best for you and/or your family. She is here to help you find a life filled with food freedom. She aims to inspire love and joy around meals instead of stress and concern. She takes a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach, and wants to help you meet your goals in a way that is sustainable, enjoyable, and non-restrictive. Kylee works alongside you, listening to you and your goals. Then she tailors your sessions to provide the nutrition education you need to make informed choices for your health. Kylee centers you in your care in a safe non-judgmental space.
Your first session with Kylee
Your first session with Kylee will be designed to learn more about what your health and wellness goals are, what you are hopeful to achieve, and who you are as a person. You'll discuss your medical history, your nutrition history, what your journey has looked like, and ways you are currently taking care of yourself. Kylee wants to know you and this first session will be for you to get to know each other so that future sessions can be tailored to your unique needs.
