About Kylee
Hi! I'm Kylee, an RDN with an MS in Exercise and Sports Nutrition from Texas Woman's University. During my training I worked with the Dallas Stars organization and Sports Academy in Frisco, where I got to bring performance nutrition to life in real athletic settings. I also trained alongside a functional dietitian specializing in gut health, which deepened my passion for getting to the root cause of what clients are experiencing rather than just treating symptoms on the surface. I bring that same whole-person curiosity to every client β listening closely to what you're going through so we can uncover the real drivers behind your symptoms and build habits that actually last. When I'm not working, you'll find me cooking, cycling, shooting hoops, or in the middle of a woodworking or sewing project.
Approach to care
Science guides the recommendations I offer, while empathy shapes how we put them into action. I use evidence-based practices and a holistic lens to look beyond isolated symptoms, honoring mental, emotional, and physical factors. We work in a weight-neutral, Health At Every Size framework that focuses on behaviors and wellbeing rather than numbers. I prioritize clear, practical steps and education so you'll understand why changes matter, and we adapt plans together for long-term, sustainable progress.
Your first session with Kylee
Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where getting to know one another is the priority. We'll review your medical history, talk about your relationship with food, and explore routines and symptoms to uncover root causes. Together we'll set a couple of short-term, realistic goals and outline clear next steps you can try right away. You don't need to have answers or a perfect history, we'll figure things out collaboratively and at a pace that feels manageable.
