About Kylie
Kylie is a registered dietitian nutritionist specializing in weight management. She has extensive experience guiding her clients through sustainable, achievable changes that leave them feeling their best. While weight management is her forte, she is also well versed with IBS/low FODMAP diet, prenatal nutrition, diabetes, and disordered eating. Kylie combined her passion for fitness and nutrition by working as a yoga sculpt instructor with CorePower Yoga. An avid foodie, Kylie loves to spend time in the kitchen. She is always happy to discuss the best way to cook nourishing, delicious meals the whole family will love that don't require hours in the kitchen.
Approach to care
No matter what your goals, Kylie prioritizes maintaining a healthy relationship with food and your body. Kylie places less emphasis on weight (no need to weigh yourself if that's not your thing!) and focuses more so on how you FEEL. Wins aside from the scale such as clothes fitting better, increased energy, feeling strong and confidence are what Kylie cares most about. Appointments with Kylie feel like having a conversation with a friend. Kylie recognizes no two people are the same and adapts her recommendations and approach based on each client's needs.
Your first session with Kylie
Kylie will take a deep dive into learning about your health and personal life. Kylie has been told by her clients that she makes them feel very comfortable and easy to share with. Once Kylie has learned a little more about you and your goals, she'll provide any important education to understand the 'why' behind her recommendations. From there, you and Kylie will work together to set attainable and achievable goals. Everything is set at the your pace that feels most comfortable to you. At the end of your appointment, you will leave feeling confident with the plan you have in place and that you have Kylie as your number one cheerleader and support system.
