About Kylie
Kylie Reach, RDN, LDN, has been a practicing Registered Dietitian for 2 1/2 years. Her work experience includes working at Meals on Wheels and as a Nutrition Educator for Just Say Yes to Fruits and Vegetables (a SNAP-education program). She graduated from Buffalo State University with her undergraduate degree in dietetics and nutrition. She lives in New York State with her husband, daughter, and her 3 cats.
Approach to care
My approach is rooted in compassion and evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), fostering a supportive, collaborative space where individuals feel empowered to navigate life's challenges and achieve personal growth. I'm dedicated to providing compassionate, individual-centered care, focusing on building trusting relationships and supporting individual dignity to help people thrive and meet their goals
Your first session with Kylie
You can expect our first session to be a "get to know you" session! We will discuss expectations for our sessions and I can answer any questions you may have. During our first session, if there are any questions that you don't feel comfortable answering due to past food-trauma, please don't feel obligated to answer them! I only want members to answer questions that they feel comfortable with.
