About Kylie
As a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer, Kylie has worked in clinics, gyms, kitchens and homes. Working with parents, professionals, and all kinds of busy people, the one consistent goal is always to bring healthy options within reach. I started as a Registered Dietitian to bring approachable nutrition to people. Often times, people try to achieve the big areas of nutrition without focusing on the basics. We can't really go anywhere without knowing the basics so I love bridging that gap. As I progressed in my career, I noticed a similar experience in the world of movement and exercise, therefore I sought out to become a Certified Personal Trainer to create a world where exercise doesn't have to be daunting and scary.
Approach to care
My approach is individualized to each person to create a framework that works for them where they are now and where they'd like to see themselves. My sessions are all encompassing as we focus on nutrition, fitness, and mindset/mental health. I provide a collaborative and empathetic approach to nutrition and fitness. Together, we create a well rounded and growth minded program to individualize each persons overall goals.
