About Kyndra

Hi, Iā€™m Kyndra! Iā€™m a Registered Dietitian with a Masterā€™s in Nutrition and Health Promotion from Simmons University. Iā€™ve been lucky enough to work in various settings, including hospitals, eating disorder treatment centers, a health and sports center, and private practice. I am passionate about helping people improve their relationship with food and body image and also helping to manage chronic conditions like GI disorders, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and more. Whether youā€™re navigating disordered eating or need support for a health condition, Iā€™m here to offer support and guidance on your journey. Iā€™m excited to get to know you and start working together!

Approach to care

My approach to care is all about being client-centered, warm, and inviting. I truly believe in building strong, trusting relationships with my clients so I can get to know you on a personal level. I promise Iā€™m not the food policeā€”Iā€™m here to support and guide you in a way that feels genuine and attainable. My goal is to create a comfortable space where you feel empowered to make changes at a pace that works for you. Together, weā€™ll focus on making meaningful and lasting improvements in your relationship with food and your overall well-being.

Your first session with Kyndra

In our first session, Iā€™ll start by asking some questions to get to know you betterā€”your background, your goals, and where youā€™re at right now in your journey. Donā€™t worry about being prepared with specific answers or goals; this is all about starting where youā€™re comfortable and figuring things out together. My goal is for you to leave feeling truly heard, understood, and hopeful about whatā€™s ahead. Iā€™m here to support you every step of the way! If youā€™re interested in working together but would like to chat first, or if my availability doesnā€™t align with your schedule, please feel free to reach out to me at kyndra.mckenzie@usenourish.com!
