About Kyra
Hi! My name is Kyra, a registered dietitian who strives to help others find joy through food. I earned my Bachelors of Science in Health Science and my Masters of Science in Nutrition from Merrimack College. I enjoy cooking, baking, spending time with my loved ones (and cats!), traveling and experiencing all of the joie de vivre (joy of living) moments.

I believe food is deeply connected to lifestyle, emotions, and overall well-being. My goal is to help you nourish your body without guilt, confusion, or rules to find joy! I take a non-judgmental, HAES, supportive approach grounded in evidence based nutrition. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that honors your preferences, health history, and goals. Whether you're working on improving your relationship with food, sleep, managing a health condition, or simply just wanting to feel your best, I strive to make nutrition feel simple, empowering and sustainable. I love the idea of joie de vivre (Joy of living), which is fostering a sense of enjoyment in everyday living, fueling your body and becoming your best self, all while eating things you love! I’m here to support you in feeling your best, inside and out, while creating a way of eating and living that feels fulfilling and realistic for you.
Your first session with Kyra
Our first appointment is all about you! We will explore what brings you to Nourish and dive into your lifestyle, health history, food habits, preferences, what has helped before, what feels realistic now and your nutrition goals. Together, we’ll start building a plan that fits your life, supports your well being, and helps you feel your best, all while keeping the process enjoyable and empowering. By the end, we'll set 1-2 small, doable goals and outline the first steps to start the week. Remember, you're here to get support, and you don't have to have it all figured out yet!
