I have been a dietitian for 19 years, passionate about helping people achieve their goals, big or small. I empower individuals to prioritize health and well-being while navigating life’s complexities, offering guidance and support for sustainable change. My extensive education, diverse experiences, and travels to 40 countries provide a deep appreciation for food culture, connecting meaningfully with people from all backgrounds, cultures, and belief systems. Raised in Southern California, I moved to Utah for college and fell in love with the mountains. My global and local perspectives inspire my commitment to fostering healthier, more balanced lives.

I’ve spent three summers in Greece, studying the Mediterranean diet, and I use this expertise to address high blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, and weight management.
