Your first session with Lafayette
What to expect in your first appointment: Our time is about you. Think of it as a conversation, not a test. We’ll review your medical history and daily routines, talk through your relationship with food, and start identifying what matters most. We’ll establish short-term goals and discuss which labs or biometrics might be insightful. The space is collaborative and non-judgmental, and you don’t need to have everything figured out yet. Together, we’ll outline a realistic plan with small, doable steps to get started.
