About Laila
I’m a Registered Dietitian (RD, LD) who believes that nutrition should support your life—not control it. I take a holistic, non-diet approach grounded in evidence-based practice to help adults, women, and children build a healthier relationship with food. My goal is to meet you where you are, honor your culture and preferences, and create realistic, sustainable habits that support both physical and emotional well-being. I strive to make nutrition feel empowering, flexible, and supportive—never restrictive. I also offer sessions in Arabic, and I’m passionate about providing culturally sensitive care in a warm, encouraging space.

Your first session with Laila
Your first session is a relaxed, judgment-free conversation focused on getting to know you. We’ll talk about your health history, lifestyle, food preferences, culture, and what you’re hoping to work on—without dieting rules or pressure. Together, we’ll identify your goals and any challenges you’re facing, and I’ll help you understand how nutrition fits into your overall well-being. You’ll leave with clear, realistic next steps tailored to your life, not a one-size-fits-all plan.
