About Laine
I believe that intentional nutrition choices are the cornerstone to a healthful and beautiful life. Having worked with numerous clients to improve their health and manage chronic diseases through nutrition and lifestyle habits, I feel so lucky to experience firsthand just how powerful nutrition can be in improving one's quality of life. My experience as an RD motivated me to continue my education in health & medicine, and I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies to expand my scope of practice and expertise as a combination Registered Dietitian & Physician Assistant. I believe I am able to provide a more well-rounded approach to care, having the ability to provide both preventative health counseling as well as managing additional medical conditions. In our work together, we work to address the root causes of your current state of health, and come up with a plan to tackle those issues together!
Approach to care
I aim to practice with a full view of the human experience, considering lifestyle, cultural background, personal preferences, and daily routines when making recommendations. My goal is to create practical and personalized strategies that empower patients to feel confident in their choices, make decisions that better support their health, and achieve sustainable long-term change.
Your first session with Laine
In our first session, I want to truly get to know you! I want to hear all you are willing to tell me about your life, your goals, what you are struggling with, and how I can best support you! We can also review any labs, medications, or information from other healthcare providers if necessary.
