Hi! I'm Lais. Originally from Brazil, I'm a Registered Dietitian with experience providing outpatient nutrition counseling for patients with a variety of conditions, including diabetes, oncology, renal disease, and overall health management. I am passionate about supporting individuals through evidence-based, compassionate care. At Nourish, I bring this expertise to help create balanced, inclusive meals that promote health and well-being for all.
