About Landon

As a Registered Dietitian, I’m committed to evidence-based care and meaningful patient relationships. My education at the University of New Hampshire and the University of Saint Joseph laid me a strong foundation in nutrition science. Earning the Outstanding Dietetic Intern Award fueled my drive for excellence, which I brought into my current role as a Clinical Dietitian in Meriden, CT. There, working closely with diverse inpatient populations, I saw the powerful impact of personalized nutrition care—and realized I wanted to build deeper, ongoing relationships with patients. That insight led me to the outpatient setting, where I can provide long-term support, track progress, and truly partner with individuals on their health journeys. At Nourish, I’ve found a team and mission that align with my values: compassion, structure, and patient-centered care that empowers people to make lasting, informed changes.

Approach to care

What drives me most is seeing the progress and motivation of those I serve. I value not only the science of dietetics but also the human connection behind it. Time management, empathy, and a vast respect for each patient’s journey have become key pillars of my practice. I believe that successful nutrition care stems from listening closely, educating clearly, and supporting consistently. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis, aiming to improve your relationship with food, or simply looking for guidance on healthier eating habits, I take pride in combining individualized care with the latest in nutrition research to guide each person toward their aspirations.

Your first session with Landon

When you schedule a telehealth nutrition session with me, you can expect more than just a conversation about food — you’re beginning a supportive partnership focused on creating meaningful, lasting change. From the moment the session begins, I am hoping my warm and enthusiastic approach can put you at ease and allow us to get to know each other on a deeper level. I will take the time to truly listen, creating a comfortable and judgment-free space where you can openly discuss your goals, challenges, and lifestyle. In your first session, I aim to approach the appointment as a supportive conversation rather than a lecture where I explore your medical history, eating patterns, daily routine, and personal objectives. Together, using evidence-based guidance and genuine encouragement, I can help you connect the dots between nutrition and overall well-being.
