About Lateefah

As a dietitian specializing in women’s health and menopause, my approach is rooted in whole-body wellness and personalized care. I believe that nourishment is more than what’s on your plate—it’s how you support your body, mind, and hormones through every stage of change. I work with patients to create individualized nutrition strategies that honor their unique needs, lifestyle, and goals. Through an evidence-based and compassionate lens, I guide my clients to understand their bodies, manage menopausal symptoms, and build sustainable habits that promote energy, balance, and confidence. My goal is to help you feel empowered and aligned with their bodies—so they can move through menopause with clarity, strength, and a renewed sense of well-being. I provide a safe and supportive space where you will feel comfortable expressing yourself, a space where diet culture does not exist and cultural foods and practices are included. I want you to thrive through menopause, not just survive it!

Through a compassionate, evidence-based approach, I help you reconnect with your body, understand shifting nutritional needs, and cultivate balance through mindful eating, movement, and lifestyle support. Rather than focusing on restriction or quick fixes, I empower my clients to make sustainable changes that support hormonal balance, energy, and overall well-being. Together, we create a personalized plan that nourishes both body and mind—helping you feel confident, strong, and vibrant through every stage of menopause and beyond.

Your first session with Lateefah

The first session is about you discussing your health history, current lifestyle, goals, and challenges experienced. From there, we will work to crease a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle. We will create SMART goals that are realistic and sustainable for you. By the end of the session you will have a sense of empowerment to start nourishing your body and feeling confident on your health and wellness journey.
