About Laura
Laura is a registered dietitian with years of experience in sports and performance nutrition, GI conditions, intuitive eating, and women's health. She has worked with professional & collegiate athletes, weekend warriors, endurance athletes, and recreational active individuals. In 2019 she helped fuel the Florida State University football team to a NCAA bowl game. Laura currently sees a wide variety of individuals who want to improve their health and learn how to fuel their body right.

She will help you get to the root cause of your issues using a functional and holistic approach.
