About Laura
Hi, I’m Laura! I became a Dietitian in 2013 after spending three years in corporate finance, where I quickly realized it wasn’t the right fit for me. Transitioning into nutrition has been a life-changing journey that allows me to help others while also prioritizing my own health. In addition to being a Dietitian, I’m also a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Earning this credential has deepened my ability to support my patients in a more holistic way. I’m able to help them explore what they truly want their health to look like, and together, we work toward turning those aspirations into reality.

My approach to nutrition is realistic and compassionate. I help my patients balance life’s demands with nourishing their bodies in a way that supports their health goals. Together, we build trust in their intuition and create structured plans to ease decision-making, empowering them to maintain healthy habits even during busy times. By understanding the ups and downs of your journey, I can help you create a personalized starting plan that will lead to positive changes quickly. Behavior change happens when we build on small, manageable successes, so our focus will be on setting you up for achievable wins. Together, we’ll create an action plan tailored to your needs and build on it during each session, guiding you step by step toward your larger health and wellness goals.
