About Laura

Welcome to your personal journey with a Dietitian. I would be honored to partner with you to focus on your goals. Whether it is for medical purposes, or developing a healthy relationship with food and nutrition. I am on your side! As a seasoned Dietitian, I use my extensive clinical background to blend with the support and accountability to focus on your personal needs. I am a mom of an active teenager. I am in the health age that understands the changes of women's health. I also love to stay active and "feeling young" by working with our youth to promote healthy habits as they grow up to independent young adults.

Approach to care

The focus of my partnership with clients is to develop healthy relationship with food while achieving personal goals. Offering nutrition guidance to support your body. I believe there are 3 components of success. Understand how nutrients in food work for optimal body function. Movement that you enjoy. Your outlook in achieving your goals to feeling good. Working together we will focus on all three components.

Your first session with Laura

Together we will get to know one another. I will listen to your goals, and learn more about your day to day lifestyle. Medical nutrition therapy will be provided for any medical diagnosis. For weight management, nutrition guidance and support will be provided. As we will develop small habit goals that feel realistic and achievable. Recognizing that long term success may be found in sustainable incremental habits.
