About Laura
I reside in a small town near Reading, Pennsylvania with my husband, infant, dog, and two cats. I graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, and then completed my Master of Public Health Degree with a focus in Nutrition. I became a Registered Dietitian in 2016 and have had experience working with the WIC program, in long-term care, and currently work in the K-12 nutrition world.
Approach to care
My approach to care is setting realistic goals the individual is motivated to work toward. I enjoy simplifying topics and giving individuals several tools to feel more confident when grocery shopping, planning meals, and incorporating movement into the day in order to feel his/her best.
