Patient reviews

  • I began working with Laura right before an insurance change, so we were only able to meet for a few months. Even in that short amount of time, I gained SO MUCH knowledge about nutrition and making more intentional and balanced choices for my health. I was transparent when we first connected that I wanted to take a body positive approach to my nutrition, and she was always incredibly respectful of that request, while still helping me make better choices. Hope we can resume sessions soon!

  • I cannot say enough about the coaching Laura has provided me on my weight loss journey. We discovered pretty quickly that my eatting habits were not the issue. We talked through outside influences contributing to my weight gain and she offered great suggestions for which I have seen real change. I still have a ways to go to reach my goal weight, but for the first time in a LONG time the scale is moving in the right direction. Thank you Laura for your support and coaching!
