Laura is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with nearly 10 years of clinical nutrition counseling experience with a focus on diabetes and kidney care.

Laura provides an inclusive space for all people to learn more about themselves and how food shapes their lives. She provides realistic and individualized nutrition care to empower people in making choices and plans that align with their health goals. Laura follows principles from the Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating lifestyles.

Your initial session will begin with a dialogue about your medical history, lifestyle habits, food preferences and more. We will discuss your intentions and how we can take the journey together in reaching them at your own pace, while addressing any and all questions you have along the way.
