About Laura

Laura Palmer, MS, RDN has over 20 years of experience working in the dietetic field with a focus on chronic disease management (such as diabetes, heart health and autoimmune disease), weight concerns and women's health (PCOS, menopause). She is driven by her passion of helping others and partnering with them to navigate their health journey. With a team approach, Laura loves helping patients dig deeper into past actions, current thoughts and expand on habits, action steps and sustainable behaviors that produce lasting change.
