About Laura
Hi, I’m Laura! I'm a Registered Dietitian with 14+ years of experience in helping people take control of their health. My passion for nutrition started with my own health struggles. After battling IBS and navigating gluten-free and low-FODMAP diets, I experienced firsthand how food can impact overall well-being. This fueled my desire to help others feel their best and improve their quality of life through simple, sustainable changes. I am passionate about helping people heal their relationship with food and I'm in the midst of becoming a Certified Intuitive Eater Counselor. My other passions include plant based eating, endurance nutrition (former Ironman athlete), chronic disease, and picky eaters. My mission is to simplify nutrition and help you thrive—one step at a time!

Together we will review your goals, what strategies you have tried and are doing. From there, we’ll create a personalized, realistic plan that fits your lifestyle—focusing on nutrition, movement, sleep, and overall well-being. I take an evidence-based approach to help you cut through nutrition confusion and build lasting habits.
