About Laura
I have been a Registered Dietitian for 12 years. I am a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. I have mostly worked in outpatient nutrition counseling and school food service management. The majority of my outpatient experience is in Diabetes education, but I can see patients for a wide variety of nutrition-related issues. I have 2+ years of experience in Renal nutrition/Dialysis. My husband, son, and I live in a really small farming community in Arkansas. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats.
Approach to care
I approach nutrition with the individual person in mind. I try to meet my patients where they are and help them achieve their nutritional goals on their timeline.
