About Laura
Hello, my name is Laura. I have been a Registered Dietitian for 4 years. As a Dietitian, I have worked in both an inpatient hospital setting and outpatient community setting. During this time, I worked directly with patients to help them meet their nutrition related health goals. I am also a proud mom and military spouse.
Approach to care
I am committed to a non-judgmental and personalized approach to health. My role as a dietitian is to guide you in the process of setting individualized health and wellness goals while taking into account food preferences, exercise habits, work and family demands, stress levels, medical history, economic status, and much more. My focus is on a balanced, long-term approach and on empowering you toward achieving your goals along the way.
Your first session with Laura
During your first session, I will enjoy taking the time to get to know you and learn about what is of most importance to you. I will listen to your concerns and answer any questions you may have regarding your nutrition goals and the process involved. You can expect compassion and collaboration moving forward to meet your unique needs and goals.
