I am a registered dietitian with over a decade of experience, specializing in cardiac rehab, weight loss medications, wellness, plant-based nutrition, and gut health. My work in a wellness center has fueled my passion for helping individuals make practical, sustainable changes to improve their well-being. I love teaching cooking classes and guiding clients in making simple ingredient swaps to meet their health goals. Your first session with Lauren

In your first session, we’ll spend about 55 minutes getting to know each other and laying the groundwork for your nutrition journey. I’ll learn about your goals, background, medical history, symptoms, and overall health. Together, we’ll set realistic short- and long-term goals that align with your needs and comfort level. This session is about meeting you where you are and creating a plan to help you reach your goals. We’ll finish by scheduling follow-ups, and anything we don’t cover will be addressed in future sessions.
