About Lauren
A love of problem-solving and the science behind food sent me to Auburn University for a BS in Nutrition/Dietetics, and that curiosity is still what drives me today. I have worked in clinical hospital and outpatient settings, where I learned to listen closely and translate lab results into practical steps. I bring a warm, down-to-earth style to visits, and when I’m not working you’ll find me reading, crafting, exercising, or spending time with my family — habits I believe pair well with realistic nutrition plans.
Approach to care
Evidence shapes the recommendations I offer, and your life shapes how we use them. I focusing on sustainable habits rather than quick fixes. In a supportive, nonjudgmental space we’ll translate science into clear, practical actions you can actually keep up with. Education is central to my work, so I’ll explain the why behind each step and we’ll adjust plans together until they fit your whole life, mind and body included.
Your first session with Lauren
Come as you are and expect a calm, judgment-free conversation. We’ll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics, talk through what’s been working and what hasn’t, and establish a couple of short-term goals that feel doable. Together we’ll create an initial meal plan and leave with clear, practical steps to try. You don’t need to have everything figured out — we’ll build momentum at a pace that fits you.
