About Lauren

I fell in love with nutrition after seeking nutrition support and seeing how simple changes in what I was eating can have a major impact on athletic performance and every day energy levels. I enjoy working with athletes and helping them fuel for their performance goals as well as supporting those who are using GLP1s reach their goals and live life on their terms. I have five years experience working with many aspects of nutrition and enjoy working with people who are ready to use nutrition to help them take those next steps to reach their goals.

I'm passionate about helping people build healthier habits that last and work with you to develop realistic strategies that seamlessly fit into your daily routine. I'm here to support you on your journey to a healthier lifestyle and am committed to helping you achieve your goals with a collaborative and understanding approach and a little humor along the way.

Your first session with Lauren

You can expect me to listen, empathize and see all the efforts you've made up until this point. We will build on your progress and knowledge while setting realistic goals to keep you forward facing. I like to learn about you and what you enjoy doing as well as what pays the bills (lucky if they are the same thing!) so we can develop a plan together to help you start off strong and build on that momentum over the next several visits.
