Lauren's focus is to help you build on the things you are already doing well by helping you use food that you like to best serve your body's needs. Using a collaborative approach, she will work with you to help simplify the process of healthy eating. Lauren knows that food is connected to many areas of our lives and she helps you focus both on what you are eating and how you approach your food. Her support may include but is not limited to, recipe modification, meal planning ideas, and support for changing your mindset around food.

Your first session with Lauren

Lauren will invite you to tell her how you want to be helped. By learning more about your goals, health needs, food preferences, and lifestyle, she will work together with you to make the shifts you need to feel your best. Expect to take a close look at how you are currently eating and make practical changes one step at a time that will add up to a healthier you.
