About Lauren
Lauren is an integrative and holistic Registered Dietitian who supports women in their 20s through early 40s with PCOS achieve regular periods with less pain, hair loss, bloating, acne, and fatigue so they can regain control of their cycles and improve fertility outcomes. Unlike one-size-fits-all solutions like birth control, restrictive diets, or cookie-cutter group programs, Lauren's collaborative and personalized approach empowers clients to build trust in themselves while learning how to best nourish their bodies through tailored and realistic nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement strategies.
Approach to care
As someone who has PCOS with a history of period loss, extreme bloating/gut issues, and autoimmune conditions, I understand what it's like to move through the medical system feeling confused and dismissed, with a lack of direction. This is why I am so passionate about helping women feel like they have a safe space to heal, and guiding them in creating goals that feel possible. I believe all foods fit, while at the same time believe that food is a powerful tool in healing. I love helping women find that balance. At the end of the day, I want you to be able to move through your day-to-day life with more ease and enjoyment, and I'm excited to help you get there.
Your first session with Lauren
This first session is a sacred space for you to feel heard and share your experience. You and Lauren will take the time to get to know each other and explore your health goals, lifestyle, and any concerns you may have. Lauren will gather information about your current eating habits, food preferences, medical history, and daily routines to gain a full picture of your unique needs. Together, you'll create a personalized plan that is simple, sustainable, and empowering.
