Hi, I'm Lauren! Iām a Registered Dietitian with over five years of experience helping people manage chronic conditions, improve performance, and build healthier relationships with food in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. Through my experience as a clinical dietitian and lifestyle coach, Iāve worked with people of diverse ages and backgrounds and feel comfortable guiding individuals with a wide range of health needs. I strive to understand my clientsā goals, challenges, and lifestyles so I can provide supportive, personalized care. As a former college athlete with experience in the sports nutrition field, I love helping others use nutrition as a tool to optimize performanceānot only in athletics, but in all aspects of life.

I work with clients to create nutrition strategies that actually fit into real life. I use a holistic approach and break down nutrition information into simple, practical stepsāno strict rules or one-size-fits-all plans. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment so clients can feel confident making changes at their own pace. Above all, my goal is to meet people where they are and partner with them to create lasting habits that support long-term health.
Your first session with Lauren
Our first appointment is all about you. Weāll review your medical history, labs or biometrics, and your short-term goals. Iāll listen to your experiences with food, activity, stress, sleep, and what has or hasnāt worked in the past. You donāt need to have it all figured out before we meet. Together weāll frame clear, doable next steps and one or two goals to start, with a plan that respects your pace and priorities. This space is judgment-free and designed to set you up for sustainable progress.
