She has also led outpatient cardiac rehab courses and contributed to hospital governance leadership. Lauren earned her B.S. in Dietetics and Food Administration with a minor in Hospitality Management from California State University, Long Beach, and completed her dietetic internship at the Department of State Hospitals, Patton.
