About Lauren
Hello! I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) based in Michigan with a Master’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, specializing in clinical research. With experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I’ve worked with a diverse population managing a wide range of medical conditions, including chronic disease, critical care, and preventative health.
Approach to care
I believe in a whole-person approach to wellness—one that goes beyond nutrition alone to support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of each individual. My practice is rooted in the understanding that sustainable health outcomes are best achieved when all aspects of life are considered, including sleep, movement, stress management, and nourishment. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I strive to create a compassionate, inclusive, and judgment-free space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. I partner with individuals to uncover realistic, personalized strategies that align with their unique goals, lifestyle, and values—meeting them where they are while helping them move toward lasting change. Whether working through complex clinical conditions or supporting everyday wellness goals, my focus is on progress, not perfection. I’m committed to evidence-based guidance, mindful listening, and building the kind of trust that makes real transformation possible.
Your first session with Lauren
Your first session with me is all about getting to know you—your story, your goals, and what health and wellness mean in your life. We'll take a comprehensive look at your current lifestyle, including your eating habits, sleep, physical activity, stress levels, medical history, and any specific challenges you're facing. This conversation is collaborative, supportive, and entirely judgment-free. I'm here to listen and understand, not to prescribe a one-size-fits-all solution. Together, we’ll begin to identify meaningful and realistic areas of focus. You’ll walk away with personalized insights, initial strategies to support your goals, and a clear sense of what our ongoing work together can look like. Above all, expect a space where you're respected, supported, and empowered to take the next step in your wellness journey—at your own pace.
