About Lauren
I am a functional registered dietitian specializing in women's health around the reproductive years. I also have vast experience in kidney health (and transplant!), diabetes, gut health, weight management, and general health and nutrition. Using a functional approach means considering all aspects of your health so, in addition to food and nutrition, I consider things like movement, hydration, stress management, sleep, and your environment. This helps us get to the root cause of your concerns and improve your health and wellbeing. This will help you in achieving your nutrition and wellness goals.
Approach to care
I take an individualized approach to your care, considering your health history, goals, and more, to tailor care specifically to you. Together, we create a a realistic plan with sustainable and actionable items to help you meet your overall nutrition and wellness goals. I use evidence-based nutrition to make sure that you are getting the best and most up-to date information.
Your first session with Lauren
During your first session, I will ask you lots of questions in order to get to know you and your nutrition and wellness goals.
