About Lauren
Hi, I'm Lauren, a registered dietitian with my Master of Science in Nutrition from Rutgers University. I aim to bring a fresh, evidence-based perspective to my practice. I love helping women navigate their relationship with food and build a balanced view of nutrition. Outside of work, you’ll often find me scrapbooking, gardening, dancing or hiking. I’m here to listen and learn who you are, and to walk this path with you.
Approach to care
My care philosophy rests on a few simple beliefs. I use evidence-based guidance tailored to who you are, and I stay curious about your life, your habits, and your goals. I bring warmth and a non-judgmental stance, so you feel seen and supported. We’ll focus on sustainable changes that fit real life, not quick fixes. I emphasize a holistic view that honors mind, body, sleep, and stress. I’ll teach, guide, and partner with you to build lasting, confident choices when it comes to nutrition.
Your first session with Lauren
Our first appointment is all about you. We'll review your medical history and daily routines, and I’ll listen as we discuss your relationship with food. We’ll establish short-term goals that feel doable and meaningful, and we’ll explore what matters most to you in your nutrition journey. You don’t need to have everything figured out yet; just show up as you are, and we’ll shape a plan that fits your life and supports sustainable progress.
