About Lauren

I specialize in pediatrics, keto therapy, & food allergies (+EOE & FPIES). With 11 years' experience in a top children's hospital, 2 years' experience in keto private practice + 3 years' experience in food allergy/EOE/FPIES, I love adapting recipes by need and specialized diet. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition in 2021 to provide more in-depth translation of research for clients. It's hard to tell fact from fiction sometimes with online sources, let me do the work for you and save on your most valuable asset- Your time and energy.

Approach to care

I meet clients where they are to achieve their goals so nutrition can fit into life instead of becoming life's burden. That might mean translating research, adapting recipes based on shopping/cooking preferences, or using my appreciation of multiple cuisines to suggest ideas. Anyone can google AI recs, but nothing replaces an individualized plan by an experienced dietitian.
