Patient reviews
“Lauren was wonderful! She was so encouraging, supportive, and informative and I left our first session feeling like I can really accomplish my goals. She didn’t rush me. She truly listened. And she really personalized the session to focus on the areas that are important to me. I’m looking foreward to her guidance throughout my journey toward building a healthier relationship with food! It’s so nice to have her for support! I don’t think I could do this on my own. I highly recommend Lauren!“

About Lauren
I have been a dietitian for 20 years. I worked in long term care before pausing work to stay at home to raise my family. My husband and I have two teens and one preteen valuing family meals, enjoyment of food, and an active lifestyle. I enjoy volunteering at my local food bank, teaching families to incorporate a variety of delicious foods on a budget.
