About Lauren
I have been a dietitian for 20 years; I worked in long term care before pausing work to stay at home to raise my family. My husband and I have two teens and one preteen valuing family meals, enjoyment of food, and an active lifestyle. I enjoy volunteering at my local food bank teaching families to eat well on a budget.
Approach to care
I am an attentive listener and will work to help you reach your goals, providing support, encouragement and nutrition knowledge. I have experience in the aging population. I have a lot of experience in feeding young families. I also have a lot of experience helping to restore weight from anorexia.
Your first session with Lauren
This is my first time in the counseling setting. I look forward to getting to know you, providing expectations for the session, and supporting you with your health. I will start by coming to the session with openness and compassion, offering suggestions of how to best meet your goals.
