About Lauren
I completed an MS in Public Health Nutrition at Case Western Reserve University and have one year practicing as an RDN and LDN across clinical, community, and public health settings. I’m passionate about translating evidence into clear, practical tools so we can build sustainable habits together, without shame or rigid rules.
Approach to care
I ground my work in current research while keeping the conversation humane and weight-neutral, so you feel heard rather than judged. Education is central to what I do, we’ll unpack the science behind recommendations so you can make confident choices. I offer direct, actionable steps and accountability, while also honoring emotional, social, and lifestyle factors. Together we’ll focus on sustainable habits that support your whole health, not quick fixes.
Your first session with Lauren
When we meet for the first time we’ll take a deep, gentle look at your relationship with food, daily routines, and what’s been working or frustrating. This is a judgment-free space, so you don’t need to have everything figured out. We’ll translate the conversation into one or two short-term goals and practical next steps you can try before our next visit. My aim is that you leave feeling informed, supported, and ready to move forward together.
