About Lauren

Hi, I’m Lauren, a Registered Dietitian specializing in oncology nutrition, women’s health, and hormonal conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, and menopause. I also support clients navigating breast cancer, both during and after treatment, as well as those seeking sustainable weight loss strategies grounded in compassion and evidence-based science. My goal is to provide a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to take charge of your health. I understand how complex nutrition can feel, especially when you're managing symptoms, treatments, or big life transitions, and I'm here to help you cut through the noise and find what truly works for you.

Approach to care

My approach is rooted in evidence-based nutrition, health at every size (HAES) principles, and a weight-inclusive philosophy. I believe in meeting you where you are, listening deeply, and co-creating goals that align with your values and lifestyle. I focus on sustainable, realistic changes rather than rigid rules or one-size-fits-all plans. Together, we’ll explore your eating patterns, relationship with food, and any barriers to health in a way that respects your individual experience, and honors your body’s cues.

Your first session with Lauren

Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll discuss your health history, current symptoms, eating patterns, lifestyle, specific concerns and what brings you to nutrition counseling. This is a space for you to share openly, there are no wrong answers or expectations to meet. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear path forward and an understanding of how we can partner together to support your health. You will also leave the session with a clear understanding of next steps, whether that’s setting some gentle goals, identifying areas to explore further, or simply creating space for reflection. This is the beginning of a supportive, collaborative journey.
